Helping You Move Forward
Since 2000, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

Since a young age, I have always been overly empathetic, causing me more distress then good. of my fellow human being and their discomforts. I spent a lot of my early years questioning my purpose in life, in a chaotic cycle for success, I burnout my energy helping people, overcompensating for my low self esteem, that was declining rapidly from my teenage years. Chasing "social perfection" I lost the connection to myself, and my self worth plummeted after a serious breakup. I carried the trauma of my past causing me frequent sickness, fuelling self sabotage & scattering my focus / motivation. I was at my lowest and darkest, until 2019 when I finally decided not to suffer any longer and I turned inwards.
Since then, I have experienced some of the happiest and fulfilling moments of my life. I am more successful. I choose to live authentically within my purpose which birthed Pinnacle Form and my teachings. I have a passion to help teach individuals learn how to achieve a joyful, pain free, successful life.

In most of my students, I observe a connection between physical ailments of the body and mental /emotional distress, and vice versa. By identifying and relinquishing sabotaging cycles, honing emotional regulation and releasing past trauma stored in your mind / body, you begin to heal both internally and physically. The is how an elevated physical state and a heightened consiousness becomes achievable.

Certainly, my programs will lead to some discomfort. Venerability is uncomfortable. However, it's important to understand that embracing these uncomfortable feelings is what often leads to significant change.

What is personal development?
Any time you are consciously making an effort to improve yourself, you are participating in personal development. An example, I always encounter individuals aiming to improve their focus and eradicate mental fogginess. These can be achieved by altering one's daily habits, refinfing focus thorough practices, and regulating emotions / behaviours in order to overcome these challenges.
